Client's that arrive late for their appointment, have two choices. The first option is to proceed with the appointment, understanding that they are still responsible for the full price of the service, and the session will end at the originally scheduled time, regardless of how late you are. The second option is to reschedule the appointment for another time or day, but this will require paying a $50 cancellation/no-show fee. The amount of lateness that will trigger these options is determined by Pure Radiance Esthetics, ensuring consistency and fairness in handling late arrivals.

Once a service is paid for, cancellations are not permitted, but clients are welcome to reschedule their appointments to another day and time. Bookings can be made up to 4 hours before the scheduled appointment, providing flexibility for last-minute scheduling. Sessions within this 4 hour period are subject to the $50 cancellation, no show, and rebooking fee. Clients can reschedule their appointments up to 24 hours before their originally scheduled time without any additional fees. However, if a rescheduling or cancellation request is made within the 24-hour window before the appointment, a $50 fee will be charged. This policy ensures fairness to all clients and allows for efficient management of appointment times.

Yes, you can book multiple experiences at once, but only different services may be selected, and they must be scheduled back to back when using the online appointment scheduler.
